COMMON ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a cut-off time for orders?
Standard Delivery cut off time for sameday lunch orders is 11am. The service is available Monday - Friday.
When do you we deliver?
Food will then be delivered to the agreed drop off location by the between 12.30PM - 1PM. All orders will be individually bagged and labelled.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is always FREE.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order is required for delivery.
Do you provide nutritional information?
We are always working hard with our vendors to provide full nutritional information to our customers. You can see this information on the menu item itself. If anything is unclear or you want to double-check something about a specific item, please get in touch and we will find out for you.
My order is late. When will it arrive?
On occasion, an order may be delayed due to challenges faced by our vendor and/or courier partners. Where this is the case, our Customer Service team will work in real time to find a resolution to the issue. The response rate will depend on how quickly our third-party partners can get back to us but rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we know more.
In some instances, you may be entitled to a partial refund on your order, which will be communicated to you after the event and included in your end-of-month statement or a credits refund issued.

I'm unsatisfied with my meal, what do I do?
We always aim to provide our customers with the best experience possible. However, sometimes mishaps do occur. If something goes wrong, please contact us through our live chat. Be prepared to share the name of the vendor in question, the name of dish, and any pictures of the dish/problem. We'll be more than happy to rectify the situation as best we can for you.
