1. Check your collection day Your property manager will inform you of your monthly collection day. Please note that collections are available only on scheduled dates.
2. Book your collection Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select the items you’d like to donate and place them securely in bags.
3. Collection day Follow the collection instructions shared by your property manager to ensure a smooth pickup.
4. Give items a second life All donated items are redistributed to our charity partners, including Oxfam and St. Vincent de Paul, where they are resold in charity shops to support people in need.
