Reloop is a fully managed, circular-living amenity service for residential communities. We bring high-impact sustainable amenities directly to your building—allowing residents to borrow high-value items (like carpet cleaners or tool kits) and easily participate in local recycling and donation drives without ever leaving their development.

Once a month, residents receive a notification that Reloop Weekend is coming. Book Online: Choose items to borrow from the Lending Library or request a collection bag for recycling/donations in under a minute. Delivered Friday: Reloop delivers your requested items or bags straight to your door or designated collection point on Friday. Enjoy All Weekend: Use the tools or fill your recycling/donation bag over Saturday and Sunday. Collected Monday: Reloop collects everything on Monday morning—no stress, no hassle.

Reloop is free for residents in partner developments. Your property manager covers the cost as part of your building's amenity programme. The only resident fee is €8 for the collection and return of items borrowed from the Lending Library.

Premium Home Maintenance Equipment: From Steam cleaners and upholstery cleaners (Kärcher, Bissell) to window cleaners and apartment balcony cleaners. Reloop gives residents weekend access to professional-grade tools to keep their apartment spaces pristine. Bike Maintenance Kits: Repair stands, pumps, chain-cleaning gear, and spare-tube levers. Clothes & Textile Repair Kits: Sewing machines with pre-threaded bobbins, needles, and foot pedals to alter or refresh wardrobe items.

Reloop Weekend features a themed charity or recycling stream (such as textiles, e-waste, or books). We deliver a labeled, single-stream collection bag to your door on Friday. You fill and seal it over the weekend, and we pick it up on Monday to route it directly to verified local charity partners or authorized recyclers.

Select your location, book high-value products, get them delivered on Friday, use them all weekend, and we'll collect them Monday.

You'll receive SMS and email reminders the day before any scheduled collection at your building. You can also check your schedule in the resident portal.
